Major Ties in Two Categories

The Academy of Country Music (ACM) has announced the winners of the 59th Academy of Country Music Radio Awards. The awards were presented during a ceremony in Nashville, Tennessee on Monday, April 22. There were ties in two categories, with Cody Johnson and Chris Stapleton winning for Song of the Year, and Lainey Wilson and Jelly Roll winning for Album of the Year.

Johnson and Stapleton's winning song was "Fill in the Blank," while Wilson and Jelly Roll's winning album was "Sayin' What I'm Thinkin'." Johnson, Stapleton, and Wilson each received five nominations, followed by Jelly Roll and Jordan Davis with four nominations each.

Other winners included Jason Aldean for Artist of the Year, Kane Brown for Entertainer of the Year, and Carly Pearce for Female Artist of the Year. The ACM Radio Awards honor the best in country music radio, with awards in a variety of categories including Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, and Album of the Year.
