Old Saybrook, CT - The United States Coast Guard, along with local authorities, are continuing to search for two missing boaters in the waters off Old Saybrook, Connecticut. The search efforts began on Saturday night after a boat crash was reported in the area.

The boat involved in the crash was a 21-foot center console. It had three people on board at the time of the accident, one of whom was rescued by a good Samaritan. The other two boaters, a man and a woman, remain missing.

The search efforts have been hampered by strong winds and rough seas. The Coast Guard has deployed multiple vessels and aircraft to the area, and local authorities are also assisting in the search.

The identities of the missing boaters have not been released. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
